Clean using shampoo and lukewarm water, smoothing downward without twisting the strands. Rinse thoroughly, Allow the conditioner to sit for a few minutes before rinsing thoroughly. Allow the hair to air dry naturally to preserve wave structure.

Avoid friction and limit excessive heat exposure, or use a heat protectant when styling. The raw hair is guaranteed for ten years when maintained in its natural state. Chemical processing may reduce longevity. Wefts may require reinforcement over time depending on frequency of use.
